Can you tell me about your qualifications? 

I bring over 15 years of corporate leadership experience in agriculture and life sciences, working across functions and global teams and cultures. I am a Certified Crop Adviser and hold multiple certifications from the Center for Executive Coaching and have trained in subjects such as behavioral, communication, and leadership coaching frameworks.
 

My approach blends real-world business insight with deep personal development—supporting professionals from mid-level to C-suite in building confidence, navigating complexity, and leading with clarity.

How do you measure progress and success in your coaching engagements?

We define success together at the start of each engagement. I use a combination of qualitative and behavioral indicators: improved communication, clearer boundaries, increased confidence, and visible leadership presence.

Clients often track internal shifts (e.g., clarity, emotional resilience) alongside external outcomes like role advancement, improved team dynamics, or better stakeholder relationships.

What is your approach to confidentiality and ethics?

Confidentiality is foundational.

I follow the ICF Code of Ethics, which means everything discussed stays between us unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
